Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@arcadiasnursery.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure your items are as expected. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. If a brand new item is damaged, something is missing or is otherwise defective, Arcadia will pay to ship the item back to our shop, and a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued at the discretion of the Arcadia team.

Items to be found defective or damaged after laundering or wear will be at the sole discretion of the Arcadia team.  

We have a 21-day warranty.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items (pre-order sales are excluded from "sale items") or gift cards.


Exchanges

Due to the nature of pre-order/in-stock items, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you wish to exchange and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Cancellations

All order cancellations will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This includes pre-orders, custom orders, and in-stock orders.
